Pink Peppercorn

Spice

Pink Peppercorn

Pink peppercorn is the dried berry of Schinus trees (often S. molle or S. terebinthifolia), not Piper pepper. Mildly sweet, resinous, and pretty in mixed peppercorn blends and finishing. Use with care for those sensitive to cashew-family plants. Best as whole garnish or lightly crushed.

Also known as: Pimienta rosada, Aroeira, Poivre rose
