Spice
Brazilian Pepper
A tier
Brazilian pepper names both the tree and its pink peppercorn product—common in mixed “rainbow peppercorn” jars. Flavour is gently peppery-sweet with herbal resin; visually identical to many molle packs without lab tests. Fine for steak finishing blends and creamy sauces that need pink flecks. Not a substitute for Sichuan pepper’s numbing quality. Buy food-grade dried fruit, not landscape trimmings.
