Hibiscus cordial is a tart floral-fruit syrup from hibiscus (roselle) calyces and sugar—ruby red, cranberry-like acidity, and highly dilutable for drinks and desserts. Dilute hot or cold; pair with ginger and citrus. Also sold as hibiscus syrup for cocktails.
