Ginger Cordial
Ginger cordial is a spicy-sweet syrup infused with fresh or dried ginger—warming heat under sugar, diluted for drinks or used in cocktails and desserts. Heat level varies from gentle to fiery. Dilute with hot or cold water; spike with whisky or soda. Not the same as ginger beer (fermented) or ground ginger spice.
