Coffee

Coffee is the roasted seed of Coffea shrubs, brewed as one of the world's primary hot drinks and used as an ingredient in desserts, marinades, and extracts. Arabica and robusta species, origin, process, and roast level shape acidity, body, and bitterness. Green beans, roasted beans, ground coffee, instant, and espresso preparations each suit different kitchen and café uses. Cold brew and concentrate extend coffee as a culinary flavour base.
