Syrup
Coconut Nectar
Coconut nectar (coconut blossom syrup) is the liquid sweetener from coconut palm flower sap—butterscotch-mild, less filtered than white sugar streams, and distinct from granulated coconut sugar. It pours like a light syrup for drinks and baking. Substitute for honey or maple where a soft caramel note is welcome. Not coconut water or coconut milk.
