Orange Cordial

Syrup

Orange Cordial

Orange cordial is a sweet citrus syrup from orange juice and peel—breakfast-bright and dilutable, milder than lemon or lime cordials. Blood orange versions add berry depth and colour. Dilute for soft drinks; splash into cakes and glazes. Distinct from triple sec (distilled) and from plain orange juice concentrate.
