Sweet Orange Cordial

Sweet orange cordial is juice and peel of navel or similar sweets: breakfast bright, less sharp than lemon, the squash of orange squash fame. Pith can make it bitter if you over-zest. Dilute for a kids' jug. Seville is the bitter-marmalade leaf. Blood orange is the berry-red one.
