Flake

Flake

Paprika flakes are coarser crushed dried pepper pieces—closer to mild chilli flakes with paprika breeding. They give texture and slower colour release than powder, useful as a garnish or in oil infusions. Not a 1:1 thickener substitute for powder in paprikash. Toast lightly to wake aroma. Good on eggs, hummus, and grilled meats.
