Crusher Claw
Crab crusher claw is the larger, blunter pincer—thicker shell and a bigger meat yield than the cutter. The meat is firm and sweet, ideal for presentation as a whole cracked claw. Steam or boil the crab first, then crack; serve cold with aioli or warm with garlic butter. The heavy shell protects the meat during cooking.
