Poultry
Without Giblets
Whole chicken without giblets is the clean oven-ready bird—cavity empty, no organ packet. Convenient when you only want roast meat and will make stock from bones alone afterward. Season cavity and skin, roast or spatchcock, rest, and carve. Still save the carcass for stock. Slightly less thrift potential than giblet-in birds unless you buy organs separately. Ideal for simple roast-chicken nights.
