Deodorized rosemary extract is processed to strip most volatile aroma while retaining carnosic acid antioxidant activity for neutral fats, mild snacks, and products that cannot taste of rosemary. It is the clean-label workhorse when botanical origin is wanted without culinary herb identity. Still verify residual flavour at full dose—complete neutrality is rare at high carnosic levels. Colour may remain greenish-amber. Store like other concentrates: cool, dark, sealed.
