Nuts
Butter
Macadamia butter is a spoonable spread made by grinding roasted or raw macadamia kernels until their soft oils turn the mass glossy and almost whipped. Good jars taste like concentrated macadamia ice cream—sweet, buttery, and mild—with a looser set than peanut butter because the oil is so soft at room temperature. Natural styles separate as oil rises; stabilised jars stay uniform but can taste blander. A light roast deepens aroma; a dark roast muddies the pale luxury colour. Spread on toast, thin into dairy-free sauces, or bake into cookies. Warm gently only— scorching ruins delicate oil in seconds. Quality butter smells clean and sweet; grey oil rings or varnish aroma mean discard. Keep cool after opening. Pieces-grade kernels make excellent butter without wasting style-0 wholes.
