Seeds

Apple seeds sit in the core chambers—small, brown, and bitter. They contain amygdalin traces and are not eaten as a snack; normal accidental seeds in a slice are negligible, but do not grind cores for large-volume juices without removing seeds if you want to minimise bitterness. Kitchen practice is to core fruit and discard seeds with the core. Not a culinary nut substitute. Compost or discard.
