Paradise-nut flour is an extremely scarce meal from Lecythis kernel meats, Amazonian specialty milling rather than bulk baking flour. Related to Brazil-nut ecology but not identical in trade or selenium stories. A good flour is fresh-milled and sweet-rich. A bad flour is rancid from tropical oil neglect. Use only in tiny experimental bakes. Freeze immediately. Do not assume Brazil-nut nutrition facts apply one-for-one.
