Fruit
Seeds
Mulberry seeds are minute and numerous within the cluster—soft enough that most people eat them without noticing. They are not harvested as a separate spice or oilseed in ordinary kitchens. Fine sieving for jelly removes them with skins. Treat seeds as an intrinsic part of the fruit unless a seedless gel is required. No toasting or grinding tradition applies at home scale.
