Herb
Open Flower
Open chervil flowers are tiny white umbels with a soft herbal scent—edible garnish that signals the plant is bolting. Flavour is lighter than the leaf but recognisably chervil. Use raw on cold dishes; do not boil. Harvest from unsprayed plants only. After full flower, save some seed if you want a self-sowing patch next season.
