Oil Soluble Rosemary
Oil-soluble rosemary extract dissolves into fats and oils to deliver carnosic acid and related diterpenes where lipid oxidation starts—in frying oils, meat fat, and nut oils. It is the default form when the continuous phase is lipid and water-dispersible grades would not dissolve cleanly. Green-gold to brown liquid or soft concentrate; carnosic acid strength should be specified. Non-deodorised grades carry rosemary aroma—match to product flavour. Store cool and dark.
