High Gamma Concentrate

High-gamma mixed tocopherol concentrate emphasises gamma- and often delta-tocopherol fractions that excel at protecting food lipids from rancidity in nuts, rendered fats, and processed meats. It is chosen for antioxidant performance more than for alpha-tocopherol vitamin E labelling alone. Amber viscous oil, mild cereal-oil aroma. Dose in the fat phase at supplier-recommended ppm. Keep under cool, dark, low-oxygen storage—concentrates oxidise if abused.
