Benzoate Solution

Benzoate solution is a prepared aqueous concentrate for liquid dosing into beverages, sauces, and pickles. It removes on-site dissolving steps and improves dose accuracy when mass-flow meters are calibrated to known strength. Protect from contamination and verify concentration each delivery. Compatible only with products already in the effective pH range for benzoic acid activity. Label storage life of the concentrate.
