Fruit
Jubilee
A tier
Jubilee is a long, striped Southern watermelon with bright red flesh, large size, and a traditional picnic profile developed in Florida breeding. Rind pattern is bold dark-on-light striping; fruit can exceed 30 pounds under good conditions. Flavour is classic sweet watermelon when fully mature, with abundant black seeds. Built for July tables, spit-roasted whole presentations in show cooking, and generous fruit trays. Not an icebox melon—plan storage space. Seeds are part of the old-fashioned experience; seedless shoppers should look elsewhere.
