Yellow Passion Fruit Cordial
S tier
Yellow passion fruit (maracuyá, golden) cordial is the big, aromatic, acid tropical: perfume, sherbet, the cafe drizzle default. Pulp and seeds are usually strained. A good one smells of the fruit, not of candy. Pavlova, soda, rum. Purple passion is smaller and sometimes muskier.
