Spearmint Cordial

Spearmint cordial is the candy-sweet mint squash: Mentha spicata, greener, softer, the taste of mint lamb sauce's sweet cousin and of a children's cordial. Menthol is milder than peppermint. Dilute for a summer drink. In chocolate it is gentler than peppermint extract. Garden mint syrup may be this plant or a mix.
