Pomegranate grenadine is the honest bar syrup: pomegranate juice and sugar (maybe orange flower), red from the fruit, tart-sweet, the tequila sunrise and jack rose as they were meant. It is not red dye in invert. A half-ounce colours and seasons. Pomegranate molasses is thicker and more sour—related, not the same pour.
