Goat pouring cream is lightly viscous cream from goat milk for coffee, fruit, and light sauces—white colour, clean caprine finish. Fat may be lower than double cow cream depending on herd and separation. Pour cold; try whipping only if the carton states suitable fat. Pairs with honey and herbs.
