Syrup
Light Beet Syrup
A tier
Light beet syrup is a shorter, paler reduction: gold-brown, milder malt, pourable, used when a baker wants beet sweetness without dyeing the crumb pumpernickel-dark. It is less common than the dark tin. Flavour is still beet-caramel, not golden cane invert.
