Liquid Concentrate
A tier
Liquid sucralose concentrate is a preserved aqueous (sometimes alcoholic) solution for beverage lines and for home droppers. It doses without dust and without a maltodextrin calorie load. Plants inject it into a syrup tank; home users count drops into a carafe. It will not help a cookie spread. Overdose is easy and tastes chemical. Preservatives or acidity keep it stable; a cloudy, old bottle should be retired. Heat in a kettle is usually fine; the flavour is already in solution.
