Prolific is a sapodilla cultivar name emphasising heavy bearing—lots of brown fruits that still need correct soft ripening for malt dessert quality. Useful where reliable crops matter more than maximum single-fruit size. Flavour is true sapodilla when not rushed green. Thin if limbs overload; process ripe surplus into frozen pulp for smoothies carefully (seeds out). Educate that quantity green ≠ edible yet. Good small-farm volume cultivar identity.
