Icterina is gold-edged culinary sage—green centres with yellow margins, milder garden impact, true sage flavour in the green tissue. Grown for bright foliage in herb borders. Use sparingly in cooking; the plant is less vigorous in leaf mass than Berggarten. Excellent mixed-planter edible.
