Stanza is a mid-late red currant cultivar used in European commercial and garden plantings—good strigs, reliable scarlet fruit, and processing quality for juice and jelly. Flavour is standard bright acid. Helps stagger harvest with early Jonkheer and late Rovada. Machine or hand harvest depending on system; freeze bulk. Juice colour is vivid. Prune old wood for strig quality. Solid rather than flashy—workhorse midseason.
