Eversweet is a soft-seeded, very sweet pomegranate with pale pink arils and notably low acid—almost candy-like compared with tart commercial juice types. Rind can stay greenish-pink even when ripe, which confuses buyers used to deep red Wonderful cues. Excellent for people who find standard pomegranates too sharp. Ideal fresh for children and mild fruit salads. Makes pale sweet juice rather than dark ruby concentrate character. Judge ripeness by weight, sound, and slight crown dryness more than full crimson colour.
