Sinapis alba is white/yellow mustard—the mild seed behind American yellow mustard and many European mild mustards. Seeds are larger and paler than brown or black; heat is gentle, colour bright when mixed with turmeric. The deli-yellow default species. Also grows as a cover crop and young green.
