Dairy
Semi-Skimmed
Semi-skimmed cow milk is partially reduced in fat—British and European everyday drinking milk band between whole and skim. Lighter than whole while still tasting of dairy. Everyday tea and cereal milk. Foams less richly than whole. Not identical to US “2%” but similar in spirit; check local fat standards. Species character still shows: mild bovine default flavour.
