Kulfi

Kulfi is dense Indian frozen dairy, often moulded, less aerated than Western ice cream, flavoured with cardamom, pistachio, mango, or malai. Slow melt; rich buffalo or cow milk. Unmould to serve. Serve at the style’s traditional temperature and format.
