Motteuka (trade listing as printed; widely known in brewing as Motueka-type New Zealand aroma character) brings lime, tropical, and bright citrus-herbal notes typical of modern NZ hops. Expect lively top notes suited to pale ales, lagers with a twist, and hop-forward session beers. Alpha is moderate; aroma is the selling point. Late kettle and dry-hop for lime-zest lift.
