Mosaic delivers a complex blend of tropical fruit, berry, citrus, and earthy “mosaic” layers that read as juicy and modern in IPAs and pale ales. Bred from Simcoe parentage lines, it offers both aroma intensity and interesting bitterness. Highly popular in hazy IPA blends. Dry-hop generously; blends with Citra and Simcoe are classic. Solo Mosaic beers show berry-tropical depth. Manage grassy dry-hop extraction with good technique.
