Sweet Lifeberry is a companion US goji cultivar marketed for milder, sweeter fresh eating than more herbal dried import lots—still clearly Lycium, not candy. Berries colour orange-red on vigorous shrubs suited to temperate gardens. Positions goji as snack fruit as well as dried ingredient. Pick fully coloured fruit; underripe is dull. Compare with Big Lifeberry for size vs sweetness emphasis. Dry extras for winter tea. Same bird pressure and sprawling habit management as other goji.
