Water-dispersible folic acid is micronised or salted so it will go into a beverage or a liquid supplement without yellow grit. Folic acid itself is only slightly soluble; this grade is built for a juice shot or a reconstitutable sachet. Light and acid still degrade it—protect the bottle. It is not automatically more bioavailable; it is more mixable. A cloudy yellow drink may be the vitamin, not a defect. Use beadlet or trituration forms in dry cereal instead.
