Nature-Identical Grade
A tier
Nature-identical ethyl vanillin is specified to a flavour-house purity and residual-solvent standard so it can be labelled within "nature-identical" or equivalent rules where those still exist. The smell is the same creamy vanilla shout; the paperwork matches a finished-food label strategy. It is not "natural vanilla." Markets that have dropped the nature-identical category still buy the same purity as "flavouring substance." Use it when legal language matters as much as odour.

History
European flavour law popularised nature-identical as a category for synthetic-but-matching molecules.
Ethyl vanillin was bought to those purity specs even though it is rare in nature.
EU flavouring rules recast categories; buyers still asked for the old nature-identical purity.
Export specs kept "NI ethyl vanillin" as a shorthand for a clean, food-flavour grade.
