Poultry
Brahma
B tier
Brahma eggs are medium, brown-tinted eggs from the massive feather-footed Asiatic breed—not the highest producers, but winter-hardy birds that still fill a basket with rich, good-sized eggs. Flavour is standard excellent chicken when diet is sound. Expect fewer eggs than Leghorns; value them as part of a dual-purpose backyard system. Shells are sturdy; yolks can be large relative to some light breeds.
