Superdukat improves on Dukat with even more aromatic, dark leaf and strong resistance to early bolting under long days—premium dill weed for serious fish and potato cookery. Essential-oil content is high in good growing conditions. Use generously in gravlax, dill oil, and cold cucumber soups. When it finally flowers, umbels still pickle well. One of the best named leaf dills for northern summers.
