Water-dispersible D3 is an emulsified or encapsulated concentrate that will cloud into a juice, a whey drink, or a watery supplement shot instead of floating as oil slicks. It is still cholecalciferol; the trick is the emulsifier and the particle size. Clarity grades exist for almost-clear beverages. It is not as rugged as a beadlet in a dry bin. Heat, acid, and light still kill activity. Use it when the product is a drink and an oil concentrate would ring the bottle. Assay after process, not just on the inbound COA.
