All Year Round is a traditional British garden cauliflower name promising flexible sowing for heads across more of the cool season than single-slot types—not literal tropical production. Curds are white, medium, and mild when grown in proper cool weather; the variety’s virtue is scheduling forgiveness for amateur beds. Summer heat still ruins curds regardless of the optimistic name.
