Ground Marble
B tier
Ground marble is calcium carbonate from metamorphic stone, often brighter and a little harder than a soft limestone flour. Food-grade marble powders show up as fillers, anti-caking helpers, and some calcium claims where the supplier has a marble quarry rather than a chalk pit. It is not a pastry decoration. Particle size still decides whether a drink will chalk. A few "natural calcium" supplements are marble under the botanical language. Ask for heavy-metal tests; stone is not automatically gentle.
