High Fruit Blackcurrant
A tier
High-fruit blackcurrant cordial carries more puree or juice and less water in the bottle: thicker, darker, closer to a drinking molasses of currant. It stains everything. Dilute less than a traditional squash or you waste it. Use it in desserts and a serious kir. If the first ingredient is sugar and the fruit is a flavouring, it is not this grade.

SE
