Syrup
Blackcurrant Saft
S tier
Saft is the Nordic home and commercial fruit syrup: blackcurrant saft is often sharper, sometimes less sweet than British cordial, meant for water or sparkling and for children and adults without shame. The word is the style—boiled fruit, sugar, bottle. Serve it very cold and well diluted. It can be unsweetened-tasting at the edges if the fruit was tart. Not a bar grenadine.
