Syrup
Light Apple Syrup
A tier
Light apple syrup is a shorter reduction: pourable, gold, more juice than caramel, for yogurt, soda, and a mild glaze. It tastes of cooked apple rather than of brown sugar. Use it where you want fruit and flow. It will not replace appelstroop on bread. Boil it further and you are making the dark grade.
