Sheep Set Yoghurt
Sheep set yoghurt is pot-set ewe’s milk yoghurt with a naturally dense, ivory gel and sweet dairy depth under lactic tang. High solids mean the set is often firmer and richer than cow set without added thickeners. Spoon as a luxurious plain breakfast; drizzle honey and nuts. Excellent with roasted vegetables and herbs. Warm gently if cooking—richness can oil if boiled hard. One of the most satisfying plain yoghurts when freshly made.
