Fiskeby is a Swedish-bred early soybean line important for high-latitude soy research and northern growing—small industrial/food experiments rather than classic edamame fame. Culinary use is as small yellow soy if matured. Growers in cool climates may produce Fiskeby-type soy for local tofu experiments. Not a supermarket flavour brand. Cook dry beans thoroughly.
