Natural
Natural yoghurt is retail language for plain, unsweetened yoghurt—sometimes implying live cultures and minimal ingredients. In British and Commonwealth labelling, “natural” usually means no fruit or flavourings, equivalent to plain for cooking purposes. Use exactly as plain yoghurt in recipes. Check the label for thickeners if you need a pure milk-and-cultures pot. Natural is the right choice for savoury cooking; it is not a botanical or organic claim by itself unless certified separately.
